The Slow Home Project is an independent interiors magazine that focuses on creating meaningful relationships with our homes.

Our interior spaces have always been our haven. However, the last few years have dramatically put a spotlight on our homes where we ended up spending so much more time than we ever imagined. While the world has opened up, we continue to come back home to break from the dissonance of the outside and find a peaceful rhythm inside.

The Slow Home is an evolving Project that will bring you stories, conversations, and letters about people’s homes from all walks of life. We want to explore the idea of inhabiting our homes in a more thoughtful and sustainable way.

Join us on this journey. We will move slowly and thoughtfully. And we will share with you all the delightful surprises we find on our way.

"Home, and I don’t mean “a home” but the feeling of being at home, is quite complicated. It includes the rhythms and rituals of daily life, the feeling of safety, practical, physical, and emotional needs. " - Ilse Crawford
